If you own or use a Windows PC there are some good reasons to consider a Mac. Here are some links that will help you understand the differences.

See How Big Business (Banks, Suppliers, etc) are switching to the Apple/Mac platform.
Business and other large institutions are the last group to try new technology. When it comes to computers you can look at the consumer area to see what businesses will adopt in the future.  Well, consumers are switching from Windows to Macs in a significant way.  You can expect to see more businesses using Macs, iPods, and iPhones.  These technologies will help business users get the job done easier and faster.
Go to our business switchers page and see some examples.

Mac OS X Leopard Receives Official UNIX 03 Certification

The UNIX 03certification means that Leopard conforms to the Single UNIX Specification Version 3 (SUS), a specification for how things like the shell, compiler, C APIs, and so on should work.  This latest news marks Leopard as the first BSD-based OS to receive the UNIX 03 certification, which is quite an impressive feat, and also adds Apple to a very short list of official UNIX 03 OS vendors (IBM, Sun, and HP being the others).

Why did Apple remove the Apple logo from the new iMac keyboard?
As it became increasingly useful for Mac users to emulate Windows or work in shared environments, the Option key on Macs became equated with the Alt key on PCs, and the Command key was associated with the ineffectual Windows Start button.

Microsoft now has no way to undo its mistake of mixing up control and Command, meaning that users moving between the Mac OS and Windows have to do some extra thinking to know which key to hit, a problem that is particularly annoying in a virtual environment.

Since Mac keyboards no longer need to support the idea of the Apple II's Open Apple key, and since non-technical users had no way to guess that the Command key is represented by an Apple logo and a propeller, the latest keyboards now simply have the word “command” on them.

And so it is that Apple keyboards now lack the Apple logo, while PC keyboards have a Microsoft logo that does little.
Thanks goes to Daniel Eran for the answer.
